COMPANY PROFILE

My earliest childhood memories consist of me following my Grandfather around with an old hammer he gave me, fixing various imaginary situations. Showing up on the first day as a wide eyed, nervous but enthusiastic apprentice I knew it was where I was meant to be, I just loved the trade.

 My apprenticeship was done under an independent old school builder, who took the time to teach all facets of the build, not just the basics required to pass. There were no half measures, no compromise on quality and no time to sit around, “theres always something to do” he’d say, he lead by example and expected those working under him to do the same. On completion of my apprenticeship he not only armed me with the hands on skills, but also instilled in me the same mindset and work ethic he had and I thank him for that as it has taken me Australia wide and overseas in varies building roles, from residential to major commercial operations.

It seems cliched but I do believe if you’re doing something you love its half the battle and the building industry has always been my passion.

At CTM we could see the need for a company that could provide the client with a ‘one stop shop’ where all builds were catered for at the highest of levels. With that in mind we proceeded to surround ourselves with passionate like minded professionals at the top of their game who cut no corners and deliver the very best there is to offer for our clients.

With modern technology providing innovation in building design and technique, as well as continually  producing an amazing array of new cost effective,  sustainable building materials., the industry is in for exiting times ahead and at CTM we take pride in the knowledge that we will be part of that future for many years to come.
